For some companies, audit exemption is not an option, either because it has exceeded the exemption threshold for exemption, which is defined as follows:

We conduct our audits in an effective and efficient manner and we aim to provide the client with a valuable service with recommendations which will be useful for the management team and the company directors in the profitable operation of your company.

At the end of each audit we hold a meeting with the directors and key management staff at which we present our audit findings and recomendations for improvements in the procedures used in the management of the company.

Annual Accounts

We will prepare your annual financial statements to comply with all legislative requirements and assist you in interpreting the information contained therein.
